We ship nationwide using the Startrack network and offer both regular and express shipping options. We try our best to get all orders out within 24 hours of receipt and if you put a note on your order saying it’s urgent, we’ll prioritise it for you!

TasBeauty is happy to offer a full refund/replacement on any faulty or damaged item or product. We will pay for/reimburse the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items/products.
In the case of change of mind returns, we offer a store credit voucher for use on a future purchase. Once items are received at our warehouse we will issue the credit and provide it to you.

Change of mind returns must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
For all returns and refunds, we ask that customers contact us within 30 days of original purchase either by phone or by email. We can then keep in contact and know that items are on their way back to us.
