DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply the lip plumper directly to the lips with the applicator brush, focusing on the outer lip line, cupids bow and the main lip area.
Coat until desired coverage is achieved.
For best results apply to bare lips, but can also be used over lip stick to give a glossy finish
