Description
Gently and effectively prepares eyebrow area for the tinting procedure. Removes makeup residue, cleanses and de-greases the skin and hairs without drying them out. Promotes tinting and prolongs the result longevity.
Instructions:Cleanse the eyebrow area with micellar water. Apply a small amount of the product on a cotton pad. Carefully wipe the area to be tinted in the direction of the hair growth. wait until the hair dries and then begin the tinting procedure.
